At MY Gym Trainings
If you are like I used to be and are intimidated by the real gym I offer training sessions from my home gym. We can schedule 30-60 minute sessions. My knowledge of weight training will get you prepared for a real gym. I can even go to the real gym with you after you're comfortable with my equipment if you would like.
Reiki
I am a Reiki Master and offer 30-60 minute sessions from my home. If your energy feels off and you would like to get your energy flowing freely again please be in touch. I can also combine the Reiki sessions with removal of trapped emotions from your energetic field.
